Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate the physical, emotional, and cognitive status of potential residents to determine appropriateness for skilled nursing care.

  • Identify the specific care needs, including but not limited to, medical, rehabilitative, and personal care.

• Admission Process:

  • Coordinate and manage the admission process, including completing required paperwork, ensuring all clinical documentation is accurate and up to date.

  • Provide potential residents and their families with information about the facility’s services, programs, and policies.

  • Facilitate and assist with patient and family orientation to the facility.

  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to admissions.

The Maintenance Technician performs preventative maintenance and emergency repairs on the physical structure, equipment and grounds of the center as directed by the Maintenance Director, Administrator or Corporate Maintenance staff. Performs the duties of the maintenance Director in his/her absence.

One (1) year experience in commercial maintenance or related trades.

Skills and Abilities

• Ability to communicate, comprehend, understand, and write messages, and follow directions.
• Able to Investigate mechanical breakdowns and failures of machinery and equipment to determine cause and prevent recurrence by a preventive maintenance program.
